I made these for my kids when they were little it was the only way they would eat carrots. These are ready in 25 min. and are absolutely delicious ­čÖé

Ingredients:

  • 1 16oz PKG Baby Carrots
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 3 TBSP of Honey
  • 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar (light or dark)
  • 3 TBSP of Salt

Directions:

  1. Place carrots into a large pot, cover with water and salt
  2. Cover and cook on high heat for about 15 minutes or until the carrots are fork tender
  3. Pour the carrots into a colander and return the pan to the stove top
  4. Over medium heat melt the butter in the pan
  5. Add the honey and brown sugar to the butter and mix well
  6. Add the cooked carrots to the butter mixture and stir until well mixed
  7. Cook for about 5 more minutes and serve
