I made these for my kids when they were little it was the only way they would eat carrots. These are ready in 25 min. and are absolutely delicious 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 16oz PKG Baby Carrots
 - 1/2 Cup of Butter

 - 3 TBSP of Honey
 - 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar (light or dark)
 - 3 TBSP of Salt
 
Directions:
- Place carrots into a large pot, cover with water and salt
 - Cover and cook on high heat for about 15 minutes or until the carrots are fork tender
 - Pour the carrots into a colander and return the pan to the stove top
 - Over medium heat melt the butter in the pan
 - Add the honey and brown sugar to the butter and mix well
 - Add the cooked carrots to the butter mixture and stir until well mixed
 - Cook for about 5 more minutes and serve
