I made this the other day to have with the cheese chips I made from the Diet Doctor website, this was so delicious and fulfilling to get me over my “snack” cravings lol, If you love original guacamole then you will really appreciate this recipe, it has very good flavor 

Ingredients:

  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1-2 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • 3 TBSP of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped White Onion
  • 5 1/3 TBSP of Fresh Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato Diced
  • 1/2 of A Lime Juiced
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit, scrape the flesh out of it into a bowl
  2. Smash the avocado with a fork
  3. Add the rest of your ingredients, including your salt and pepper to your taste and blend well
  4. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days
