This is an amazing pizza from the Diet Doctor website The flavor is so good that you can’t even tell that this is a low carb pizza, you can make this extra crispy on the bottom just cooking a little longer, that’s what I like đÂ
Ingredients:
Crust:

- 1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
- 3/4 Cups of Almond Flour
- 2 TBSP of Cream Cheese
- 1 tsp of White Wine Vinegar
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- Olive Oil
- Parchment Paper
Topping:
- 1/2 LB of Italian Sausage (choose your heat)
- 1 TBSP of Butter
- 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 tsp of Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 Cups of Shredded Mozzarella
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400*
Crust:
- In a nonstick saucepan add your mozzarella cheese and cream cheese on low heat
- Stir them together until they are melted
- Add your vinegar, egg and salt mixing until combined
- Add your almond flour and combine well
- Put some of the olive oil on your hands and and put the crust ingredients on the parchment paper, shape the dough into about an 8″ circle
- Prick the crust all over with a fork, and place in your oven for 10-12Â minutes
The Topping:
- While the crust is cooking place your butter into a frying pan and melt
- Add your sausage and cook until crumbly
- Take your crust out of the oven and top with tomato sauce, sausage, cheese and oregano
- Return to oven and cook an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
