Cooking a pork loin roast is very simple with very little prep before throwing in the oven.  This recipe will give you a juicy perfectly cooked boneless pork loin roast. Enjoy with  mashed potatoes and broccoli cauliflower and cheese sauce  🙂

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 lb   BNLS Top Loin Roast brought to room temperature (leave out of the fridge for about 2 hours)
  • 2 tsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 1/2    TBS Garlic Salt
  • 2 TBS  Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 TBS  Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Garlic Clove Sliced Thin

Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 325*

  1.  Rinse and pat your roast dry & set in a 13×9″ roasting pan
  2. Rub the olive oil on the entire pork roast
  3. Evenly distribute the garlic salt and pepper & rosemary covering the entire roast
  4. Put your sliced garlic evenly over the top of your roast
  5. Put your meat thermometer in the middle of the roast push halfway down
  6. Put your roast into your pre-heated oven and cook for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until the thermometer reads 160*
  7. Be Sure to baste every 30 minutes to keep your roast moist
  8. Let the roast set before removing from the pan for 15 minutes or until the meat thermometer reads 160*
