I would make this recipe almost weekly for my family because it was so simple and we all loved it, we never had any leftovers. I started with a recipe from Campbell’s and tweaked it a bit until it was perfection 🙂 I hope you enjoy this as well

Ingredients:

***You can double the recipe for a larger family or leftovers

  • 4  Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (trim all fat off)
  • 2  10 1/2oz Cans of Campbell’s Creamy of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Cups of Sour Cream
  • 1 TBSP of Crushed Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cups of Parmesan Cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425*
  2. In a 9X13″ pan mix your sour cream and cream of chicken soup
  3. Add 1 cup of your parmesan cheese to the sour cream and cream of chicken soup mixture
  4. Mix in your crushed garlic to the cream of chicken soup mixture
  5. Put your boneless skinless chicken breast into the soup mixture, turning to coat on all sides, use a spoon if you need making sure that the chicken is fully covered
  6. Sprinkle the rest of your parmesan cheese on the top
  7. Put in your preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes or until the soup mixture is bubbly and the top is slightly browned

I like to serve this with Stove Top stuffing and green beans 🙂
