Who doesn’t love a delicious dip with a creamy taco seasoned bottom layer and topped with salsa and some fresh crispy veggies and cheese.  All you need are a bag of crispy Tostitos for dipping and getting all the layers on one chip for total satisfaction 😉 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1.25oz of Taco Seasoning
  • 1 8oz Brick of Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 16oz Container of Sour Cream
  • 1 16oz Jar of Chunky Salsa (choose your spice level I use medium)
  • 1 2.25oz Can of Black Pearl Sliced Jalapeno Infused Olives
  • 2 Cups of Freshly Chopped Iceberg Lettuce
  • 1 Cup of Freshly Chopped Tomato
  • 1/2 Cup of Vidalia Onion (finely diced)
  • 1 16oz Bag of Taco Seasoned Shredded Cheese

Directions:

You should use a 9X13″ dish for this dip

  1. In a bowl combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning and spread on the bottom of your dish
  2. Pour your salsa over the top of the cream cheese mixture
  3. Layer the rest of your ingredients as follows:
  4. Lettuce, onion, tomato,cheese and olives
  5. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat

 

Serve with Tostitos Chips 🙂
