This is a really simple dip that is delicious all year round All you need are 6 ingredients, 5 to cook it and 1 to use for dipping. This was one of my mommas favorites and I always think of her when I make it 🙂
Ingredients:
- 1 8oz Brick of Cream Cheese Softened
- 1 15oz Can of Hormel Chili Without Beans
- 1 15oz Can of Bush’s Black Beans
- 14oz Can of Rotelle Tomatoes
- 1 lb of Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- Tostitos
Directions:
You will need a 9X9″ baking dish or pie dish/Preheat your oven to 425*
- Spread the cream cheese onto the bottom of your baking dish
- Pour your chili without beans over the cream cheese
- Pour your rotelle tomatoes over the cream cheese
- Next pour your black beans over the tomatoes
- Top with your shredded cheese
- Bake in preheated 425* oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
- Serve with Tostitos
