This is a really simple dip that is delicious all year round  All you need are 6 ingredients, 5 to cook it and 1 to use for dipping. This was one of my mommas favorites and I always think of her when I make it 🙂


  • 1 8oz Brick of Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 15oz Can of Hormel Chili Without Beans
  • 1 15oz Can of Bush’s Black Beans
  • 14oz Can of Rotelle Tomatoes
  • 1 lb of Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • Tostitos


You will need a 9X9″ baking dish or pie dish/Preheat your oven to 425*

  1. Spread the cream cheese onto the bottom of your baking dish
  2. Pour your chili without beans over the cream cheese
  3. Pour your rotelle tomatoes over the cream cheese
  4. Next pour your black beans over the tomatoes
  5. Top with your shredded cheese
  6. Bake in preheated 425* oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
  7. Serve with Tostitos
