If you love chicken wings then you have to try this dip My sister made it a few years back and now it’s a favorite for sure There is just the right amount of spicy heat blended with chunks of boneless shredded chicken and to top it off blue cheese We serve it with Tostitos and celery sticks 🙂 


  • 3 Large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (trimmed of all fat)
  • 1 8oz Package of Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 Cup of Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
  • 1 Cup of Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 Cup of Red’s Hot Sauce (choose your heat)
  • 2 Cups of Colby Jack Cheese Shredded



Preheat your oven to 425* You will need a 9X13″ baking dish

  1. Boil your chicken breasts in water for about 30 minutes or until you can shred it
  2. Take your chicken out of the water and pat dry then shred it right up in your baking dish
  3. Mix your softened cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and hot sauce together with a mixer
  4. Pour your cream cheese mixture over your shredded chicken and toss to mix it in well with your chicken
  5. Sprinkle your blue cheese crumbles evenly over the chicken
  6. Top with your colby jack shredded cheese
  7. Bake in your preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly on top
  8. Remove and serve with Tostitos and celery sticks 🙂
