These are kind of like a cheat because they have a little bit more carbs per serving, 6 grams to be exact, but a small price for some delicious crunchy onion rings 😉 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Large Onion (peeled and sliced 1/5″ thick)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cup of Almond Flour
  • 8 TBSP of Grated Fresh Parmesan
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Chili Powder
  • 1/8 tsp of Salt
  • 1 TBSP of Olive Oil

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400*

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Whisk your egg in a bowl
  3. Dip your onion rings into the egg and then into the flour mix
  4. Place the breaded onion rings onto the baking sheet
  5. Drizzle your olive oil over the onion rings or spray them with the oil
  6. Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
