These are kind of like a cheat because they have a little bit more carbs per serving, 6 grams to be exact, but a small price for some delicious crunchy onion rings 😉Â
Ingredients:
- 1 Large Onion (peeled and sliced 1/5″ thick)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup of Almond Flour
- 8 TBSP of Grated Fresh Parmesan
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Chili Powder
- 1/8 tsp of Salt
- 1 TBSP of Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400*
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Whisk your egg in a bowl
- Dip your onion rings into the egg and then into the flour mix
- Place the breaded onion rings onto the baking sheet
- Drizzle your olive oil over the onion rings or spray them with the oil
- Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
