This is a copycat recipe for the McDonalds 1/4 pounder with cheese that honestly tastes just like Mc D’s the only difference is that you always get it hot and fresh when you make it for yourself 😉

Ingredients:

Makes 1 quarter pounder with cheese

  • 1    1/4 LB  Hamburger Patty
  • 4     Dill Pickle Chips
  • 8     1″ Thick Slivers of White Onion (make sure they’re slivered like the size of an onion straw but 1/4″ in length)
  • 2      Slices of Yellow American Cheese
  • Heinze Ketchup
  • French’s Mustard
  • 1  Freihoffer’s Sesame Seed Hamburger Bun

Directions:

  1. Cook your hamburger patty on high heat 4 minutes per side, total of 8 minutes
  2. Take the bottom half of your hamburger bun and put 1 slice of the cheese on it
  3. Add your cooked burger on top of the cheese and add your other slice of cheese on top
  4. Put your ketchup and mustard on top of the cheese slice (2 tsps of ketchup and tsps of mustard a a total of 4 tsps of both on the top of your cheese)
  5. Add your onions and pickles on the top of the ketchup and mustard
  6. Put the top sesame seed bun on top
  7. Put your burger in the microwave for 15 seconds on high

Enjoy your hot and fresh McD’s 1/4 pounder with cheese 😉
