This is a copycat recipe for the McDonalds 1/4 pounder with cheese that honestly tastes just like Mc D’s the only difference is that you always get it hot and fresh when you make it for yourself 😉
Ingredients:
Makes 1 quarter pounder with cheese
- 1 1/4 LB Hamburger Patty
- 4 Dill Pickle Chips
- 8 1″ Thick Slivers of White Onion (make sure they’re slivered like the size of an onion straw but 1/4″ in length)

- Heinze Ketchup
- French’s Mustard
- 1 Freihoffer’s Sesame Seed Hamburger Bun
Directions:
- Cook your hamburger patty on high heat 4 minutes per side, total of 8 minutes
- Take the bottom half of your hamburger bun and put 1 slice of the cheese on it
- Add your cooked burger on top of the cheese and add your other slice of cheese on top
- Put your ketchup and mustard on top of the cheese slice (2 tsps of ketchup and tsps of mustard a a total of 4 tsps of both on the top of your cheese)
- Add your onions and pickles on the top of the ketchup and mustard
- Put the top sesame seed bun on top
- Put your burger in the microwave for 15 seconds on high
