This is a no bake cookie bar that is simply delicious! The only thing you need to do is melt some chocolate and cook up some caramel layer this over some simple butter crackers and graham cracker crumbs and you have created heaven 😉 I found this on Facebook and had to share 

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 48 Club Crackers
  • 3/4 Cups of Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of White Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of Milk
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 3 Cups of Chocolate Chips (1/2 semisweet 1/2 milk chocolate)
  • Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Line your 9×13″ pan with aluminum foil & butter it very well all the way up the sides
  2. Use your club crackers to line the  bottom of the pan for your cookie crust, break pieces in half to fit if you need to
  3. In a saucepan add your milk, butter, graham cracker crumbs, white and brown sugars to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly to keep from burning
  4. Cook the caramel mixture for about 5 minutes while in a soft boil, this will allow it to set properly when its poured on top of the crackers
  5. Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the crackers
  6. Put another layer of the club crackers on top of the caramel layer
  7. In a microwave safe bowl pour your chocolate chips in and microwave for about 2 minutes, being sure to stir every 30 seconds so that the chocolate melts but doesn’t burn
  8. Pour the melted chocolate over the crackers making sure to spread evenly
  9. Sprinkle with sea salt and let it set for about an hour before cutting into bars
