These are so delicious and very simple to make. They are a great replacement to potato chips and hold up with the dips on here for the low carb recipes, if you’re craving something crunchy but without flour give them a try 😉 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 LB of Cheese Slices (cheddar or provolone)
  • Paprika
  • Parchment Paper

 

***OR***

  • 4 1/4 oz of Shredded Cheese (cheddar or edam)
  • Paprika
  • Parchment Paper

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 400*
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Place either the cheese slices on the parchment paper or if using shredded cheese, put large round bunches, about 1/8 cup in mounds, 6 mounds per baking sheet, so that they have room to spread while cooking
  4. Sprinkle the cheese with your paprika before cooking
  5. Cook for about 6-10 minutes, watching to make sure the cheese doesn’t burn
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes or so before removing
