Use your Oopsie bread to make this yummy classic sandwich with a chunk of fresh lettuce, juicy perfectly ripe tomatoes, crispy bacon and mayonnaise. This is one of my absolute favorite sandwiches and now I can enjoy it on bread thanks to the Diet Doctor 🙂 


  • 8 Pieces of Oopsie Bread 
  • 4 3/4 oz  Bacon (cooked until brown and crisp)
  • Lettuce
  • 1 Medium Tomato (sliced thinly)
  • Fresh Basil (optional)
  • Mayonnaise


  1. Place your  oopsie bread down and spread mayonnaise on both sides
  2. Add your lettuce, bacon slices, tomato slices and basil if you would like onto one piece of the oopsie bread
  3. Cover with your other oopsie bread, serve and eat 🙂
