When your having a bbq or just a simple family summer meal macaroni salad is a simple addition to your meal. It’s fast and easy to make and at least at my house there are never any wasted 😉
Ingredients:
- 1 1b Box of Rotini Noodles (cooked according to box directions and drained)
- 3/4 Cups of Thinly Sliced Carrots
- 3Â Celery Stalks Sliced Thinly
- 1/2 Cup of Green Olives Sliced
- 1/2 Cup of Sweet Vidalia Onion Chopped
- 5Â Small Colored Sweet Peppers Chopped
- 2 5oz Cans of StarKist Tuna in Water (drained well)
- 3 Hard Boiled Eggs Sliced
- 2 Cups of Hellman’s Mayonnaise
- Season Salt
Directions:
- Put your cooked macaroni into your salad bowl
- Add 1 Cup of your mayo blending well
- Sprinkle with season salt lightly about 1 TBSP mixing into the macaroni and mayonnaise
- Add all of your veggies and olives stirring until combined
- Cut the tuna up with a fork and add to the salad mixing until combined
- Add the other cup of mayonnaise stirring until well mixed
- Put your sliced hard boiled eggs on top of your salad and sprinkle lightly with your season salt, giving it a bit of color
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours or until your ready to eat 🙂
